Cancellation Policy

Effective as of October 16, 2025

Cancel at any Time
You may cancel any Services or terminate the Terms of Service at any time by providing us with notice to community@burniesway.com or as otherwise permitted by us in your User Account.

Free Trials
If you signed up for a Service subscription that includes a free trial period, and you cancel before the end of the free trial period, you will not be charged any subscription fees for that Service. If you do not cancel prior to the end of the free trial period, you will automatically be charged the applicable fees for the Services commencing after the expiration of the free trial period.  

Refund Policy
You may cancel your Burnie’s Way subscription at any time.  If you cancel, you’ll receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period, minus any incidental or third-party expenses incurred on your behalf (such as groceries, transportation, or other approved purchases).

Incidental expenses are non-refundable, as they represent services already delivered.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original form of payment. No long-term contracts. Just support when you need it.
