What does a Care Navigator actually do?

Your Care Navigator is a dedicated person who learns your family's situation and becomes a consistent point of contact. They coordinate food, care, transportation and any other needs for you. Think of them as a trusted person in your corner who knows what's going on and helps you stay ahead of it.

Do I have to commit to a monthly plan?

Yes. We are designed to establish relationships in order to provide personalized, ongoing support—a monthly plan is the best way to do this. However, you get to decide the right level of support for your situation and you can always change plans or cancel at any time.

What happens after the home safety assessment?

You’ll receive clear recommendations and a simple plan for how to make the home safer. Then we are happy to coordinate the improvements for you to make sure they are done well.

What if we already have some support in place?

We work alongside existing providers and help coordinate everything more effectively so you don’t have to manage multiple providers and all the logistics. We operate as the Quarterback for you, ensuring everything is working smoothly as planned and assessing further needs.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Our goal is to earn your trust every month — not lock you in.

What if our needs change?

You can change your plan at any time. Together with your Care Navigator, you will discuss evolving needs and they will make recommendations for changes as needed. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no fees or penalties — ever.

Can we try before we commit?

Will my parent feel like they’re losing control?

Yes. The experience is designed to be simple and unobtrusive for your parent – tech they wear or that quietly works in the background. The family app is where you and your family stay informed. We also offer a free setup call to get everything configured properly. Our check-in calls can be done by video or just a simple phone call to make sure all is okay.
